Sometimes you have to consider the absurd, like wearing a melon on your head, to get your audience’s attention. Yes, that melon head is Tracy’s son…Curtis Case is sporting much more sophisticated headgear! Kudos to the crew at Berks and Beyond for stepping outside the expected to tell their story!

Staying Amazed!

Sandy Solmon at the Cipriani Hotel in NYC receiving Cornell’s School of Hospitality’s Innovator’s Award. Sandy and our video got a standing ovation!!

Sweet Job!

One of our favorite shooting locations, Sweet Street Desserts! Had a blast running around the factory and cafe with Kevin Hackenberg getting great shots for Sandy Solmon’s Stay Amazed video. Of course our favorite part of the day was lunch! Yum!

Rubbing elbows with Robin

IMG_2453IMG_2463Behind the scenes with the inspirational Robin Roberts at the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Annual Dinner. Robin wowed the audience with here words of encouragement, and gave this filmmaker a thrill when she took a moment to pause for a pic!

Success is in the details!

First day of shooting for Providence Place Senior Living communities. From script to casting, location scouting to propping, to making sure that the right gear and people are there for the shoot…effective production has a lot of moving parts. So glad that we had the right team in place, Curtis Dubinsky – DP, Jeff Walker – Gaffer, Eliza Taylor – Production Coordinator, Deb Foster- Make Up, Bo Wagner – Production Assistant, and the very talented Diann Stewart!

Creating an Illusion

Actors, a nurse advisor, a great location, and a full day of shooting to come away with much needed B-roll for Paksima Productions IMS Healthcare videos. The Schott Productions team put this together in 3 days!

Sneak peak for Finding Jenn’s Voice at Miller Center

Screen Shot 2014-06-26 at 10.14.46 AM

Much appreciation to Berks Women in Crisis for featuring Finding Jenn’s Voice at their Silent Witness event. It was a very moving event in which they read the names of over 40 victims of Intimate Partner Homicide. The audience loved the 13 minute excerpt from our film. These are the moments that keep us going with this film!
